I found Kundalini Yoga in 2008 and fell in love with how it made me feel. It brought me back to ME! My goal for teaching Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is to share this time-proven technology of combining mantra (chanting), mudra-movement exercises and held postures, breath work, and meditation with others so that they too can come back to their true selves, calm the nervous system and focus the mind.
I am a Level 1 (220 Hr) KRI Certified Instructor of Kundalini Yoga and a member of the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association. I am in the process of completing Level 2 Kundalini Yoga Teacher training.
