I am a certified Eischens Yoga instructor since 2001, with 15 years of experience of teaching in this style. I am a healer who uses my ability to observe bodies to bring self-awareness to my students and clients. I help people find more range of motion, more energy, more space to breathe, less muscle tension, less pain. I don’t claim to fix all injuries or ailments, but I do know that helping someone become more aware of the body, the brain, the emotions, and the breath can help that person live more fully within their body. And I know that with this work, I have helped many people find ease, contentment, and pain relief.
