Kim Cramer believes that as our lives progress, we can choose to collapse into our burdens or unfold into our present. While prone to wearing heels, drinking wine, and indulging a serious case of wanderlust, Kim has noticed that every time she’s seeking to unwind her body or her mind, yoga has offered a path for unfolding into the present and pouring more positivity into the world.
A former resident of San Francisco and Los Angeles, she’s had the fortune of exploring dozens of styles of yoga. Locally, Kim studied Thai Yoga Bodywork with Tanya Boigenzahn and is the first RYT-200 graduate of the “OMazing” Good Vibrations Yoga teacher training program.
As a teacher, she strives to offer multiple paths of exploration so that others may infuse their lives with more mindfulness and movement. In the words of one of her students: “She does not make you do something if you do not like it, and she will give you another thing until you have a happy time.”
