Graham graduated from Naropa University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in yoga studies and contemplative martial arts, as well as a 1,000 hour yoga teacher training certificate. He’s been cross-trained in a variety of styles of yogic practice, as well as tai chi, qi gong, meditation, Eastern philosophy, and alternative medicine. Graham’s focus is on the spiritual, emotional, and physical wellbeing and evolution of his students. The foundation of all his classes resides in bringing students into deep contact with themselves, while holding space for their expansion and self-inquiry. For Graham, yoga is not just something one does for an hour per day on a mat, but a means of living in harmony with one’s true nature and inherent wellness.
