Cassie Jindra

“Do the work, without attachment to the outcome”

Cassie started her fitness and movement career as a competitive bodybuilder at the age of 18, until turning to yoga after being diagnosed with arthritis and scoliosis in 2015. Cassie completed 200 hour yoga teacher training at Radiant Life Yoga Studio in North Minneapolis and has since taught in intensive yoga retreats in Belize, Czech Republic, and most recently in Peru at the base of historic Machu Picchu. Cassie also works as a Master Fitness Trainer for the Army National Guard and feels blessed to be able to share the gift of yoga with soldiers.

Cassie hopes to facilitate a space in which yogis can experiment with the delicate balance between working with intention to gain strength and resilience, and knowing when to rest and surrender. Vinyasa classes with Cassie will challenge practitioners to move in a way that is fun, accessible, but also pushes limits and breaks mental barriers.

Cassie plans to continue specialization into pre- and post-natal care and movement, and to increase education pertaining to alignment, anatomy, and the physiological benefits of a regular yoga practice.
